Customer must securely bubble wrap all products , and use boxes for small items , if not and they are damaged we are not responsible. NO REFUND POLICY once transaction has been made for cancelation of job , only reschedule job is possible.
All quotes are subject to change depending on time , distance and unforseen circumstances , all quotes are approximate not exact figures. Misconduct, verbal abuse or any violation of behavioral aspect is non tolerable and job will be terminated with no refunds. Driver lunch breaks and rest times are paid for during travel per state laws.
If customer believes the goods have been mishandled and damage has occurred because of that: evidence is required as photos and videos to prove the incident. An investigation will be done before considering compensation. Company is not liable for any customer end mishandling.
